The Human Aeon Method is based on four core pillars of practice:
breathwork, meditation (stillness), functional movement
and contrast therapy (heat and cold exposure).
These practices are ancient, natural methods and recently there has been a resurgence in its practice due to several scientific studies that have been published regarding their wide range of health benefits. We combine time-tested wisdom with modern science to offer practices that empower individuals to feel better, think clearer, and live deeper.

Reed is a level 2 Certified Wim Hof Instructor and Professor of Capoeira. He has over 25 years experience practicing and teaching techniques related to the Human Aeon protocol.
