Rooted in both ancient tradition and modern science, our sanctuary offers a grounded space where the core pillars of the Human Aeon Method — Breathwork, Meditative Stillness, Functional Movement, and Natural Contrast Therapy (Cold Plunge and Saunas) — come to life.

Sanctuary Sessions

A 90 minute guided deep dive that includes guided breathwork, cold plunge, infrared sauna, traditional sauna + hot tub. It also includes access to our sanctuary to relax, meditate and exercise.

Open Plunge + Sauna

Includes access to the Hidden Sanctuary including cold plunge, hot tub, infrared sauna + traditional sauna. Each session invites you to explore what wellness feels like for you—no pressure, no perfection, just presence.

Guided breathwork in the cozy room with the fireplace.. and COLD spacious cold plunge followed by some sauna time. I always leave feeling SO good. Vanessa holds a solid container when she guides you in the breathwork and cold plunge and then you’re left to warm up and relax on your own in the saunas or jacuzzi. I attended a full moon event last week as well as their one year anniversary gathering too and I’ve really enjoyed the vibe of everyone I’ve met so far.
